After much reflection and personal evolution, I made the decision to embrace a healthier lifestyle, focusing on plant-based eating. Over the years, I’ve loved sharing my treats with others, and now, I’ve made the shift from selling sugary snacks to offering nourishing alternatives. That’s why I rebranded from Yoshi Moshi Marshmallows to Greenlight Grub!

This change is all about embracing a healthier lifestyle and providing you with treats that taste amazing—without all the sugar. It’s been a meaningful journey, and I’m so excited to share this new chapter with you.

My sweet boy Yoshi, who passed away a few years ago at 16, was my original inspiration for this business. He was always by my side—in the kitchen and in life—my loyal taste tester and therapy pup. Despite being an amputee, Yoshi lived with joy and spread positivity everywhere he went. His love for good food, fun, and people is the spirit I strive to carry forward with Greenlight Grub.
