Banana Nut Bread

Who doesn't love a huge hunk of Banana Bread warm from the oven? 

I love it, but not the Sugar, Dairy or eggs... you get the idea. 

I have tried a few and they were just yucky! 

I had to make one that I need to hide from my honey or will be gone by the next day!
