Taking classics and making them my own. The history of Tiramisu is an Italian Dessert that was developed as an aphrodisiac at the end of the evening in order to reinvigorate the patrons at a house of pleasure. The word literally means Pick me Up and come from the Treviso dialect and originated in Treviso in 1800. Fascinating! Make this your new Pleasure Dessert when you need a pick me up and you will not regret it! 

This Tiramisu Cake is my twist on the classic. Melt in your mouth Vanilla Bean Genoese Cake layers Injected with French Roast Espresso and filled with irresistible layers of homemade Espresso Mascarpone Marshmallow Cream and Kissed with Dark Cocoa Powder and Dark Chocolate Shavings.
